Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to all, we request/require a 24 hour notice. We reserve the right to charge for the service with less than 24 hours notice of cancellation. “No shows” will be billed the full cost of the services.
For parties with more than 2 people, a 48 hour notice is required.

Spa Etiquette

We request your cellphones, etc. be kept on silent, or turned off completely.

You know there will always be paperwork so please, new clients - arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time!

For payment, we take Visa and MasterCard, (local checks), and of course, cash. (Gold bars and diamonds might work, too)
